The Last Kingdom Trailer Music – Video and song details for the October, 2015 BBC Two advert.

Artists: Puff Daddy and Jimmy Page.

The track featured on BBC Two’s new trailer for The Last Kingdom is called ‘Come with Me’, and is performed by rapper Puff Daddy and guitarist Jimmy Page.

The song was originally created in 1998 for the Godzilla movie soundtrack, which is available to download from Amazon. Other tracks featured on the album include ‘Deeper Underground’ by Jamiroquai, ‘A320’ by Foo Fighters and ‘Brain Stew’ by Green Day.

Released on the 8th of October, 2015, this 30-second advert from the BBC is The Last Kingdom’s first official UK trailer. Episode 1 of this epic 8-part drama is scheduled to premiere at 9pm on Thursday the 22nd of October, 2015 on BBC2.

The show will be a mix of historical fact and fiction, and is expected to be a big hit around the world, especially amongst existing Game of Thrones fans.

The Last Kingdom will star Alexander Dreymon as Uhtred, Emily Cox as Brida, David Dawson as King Alfred the Great, Matthew Macfadyen as Lord Uhtred and Rutger Hauer as Ravn.

Produced for BBC Two and BBC America, The Last Kingdom is a TV adaptation of Bernard Cornwell’s ‘The Saxon Stories’ series of historical novels.
