KFC Advert Music 2016 – Band and song information for the Double Zinger Stacker’s new ‘Finger Licking Good’ TV and YouTube commercial.

Song Title: One Way or Another.

Artist/Band: Blondie.

Available To Download From: Amazon and iTunes.

KFC’s ad for their Double Zinger Stacker features the punk rock song ‘One Way or Another’, by American band Blondie.

Released in 1979, the track is taken from the groups third studio album ‘Parallel Lines’. With Debbie Harry providing lead vocals, the single reached number 24 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Those of you too young to remember the songs original release may recognise the track from One Direction’s ‘One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks)’ recording. Released as the Comic Relief 2013 charity single, the song was a medley mashup of the Blondie hit and ‘Teenage Kicks’ by The Undertones.

Teenage Kicks also happens to be featuring in a TV ad of its own, this time for the JD Williams ‘Find Your Style’ Spring/Summer campaign.

KFC’s new commercial, which was posted to their UK YouTube page on the 7th of March, 2016, tells us that when you’re double hungry, you need double the burger.

To satisfy this extra large appetite, the Double Zinger Stacker is currently available in participating KFC restaurants until the 24th April. So enjoy them while you can.
