Hugo Boss Advert Music 2015 to 2017 – Singer and song details for ‘The Power of Boss, The Scent’ TV commercial, starring actor Theo James and model Natasha Poly.
Song Title: High For This.
Artist/Singer: The Weeknd.
The soundtrack to this new Hugo Boss TV ad is provided by the Canadian R&B/soul singer-songwriter The Weeknd (that’s not a typo of Weekend), real name Abel Tesfaye.
The song is called ‘High For This’ and comes from the musicians debut 2011 mixtape, House of Balloons.
The lyrics from ‘High For This’ featured in the above 30-second advert are: ‘You don’t know, what’s in store. Open your hand, take a glass. Don’t be scared, I’m right here. You wanna be high for this.’
If you’re wondering who the man and woman are in this new 2015 commercial for Boss The Scent, it stars the English film and television actor Theo James, and Russian model Natasha Poly.
30-year-old Theo James is probably best known in the UK for playing the part of Jed Harper in Sky Living’s supernatural drama, Bedlam.
James also recently appeared alongside actress Shailene Woodley in the 2014 movie ‘Divergent’, a role for which he won the Teen Choice Award for Choice Action Movie Actor. The pair returned in 2015 for the films sequel ‘The Divergent Series: Insurgent’.
Previous Boss TV commercials have starred Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds, and more recently in the ‘Boss Bottled’ campaigns, Scotland’s Gerard Butler.
According to Hugo Boss, The Scent perfume for men is ‘An evocative amber juice, set in a silver cage, as if capturing the spirit of seduction before it unleashes its dynamic power.’
This BOSS THE SCENT For Her Commercial with Anna Ewers & Theo James launched back in 2015 and is still airing during TV ad breaks in the build up to Christmas 2017.
