H&M Advert Song – ‘Back to School 2015’

H&M Back to School Ad Song 2015: Music and singer details for the new kids Autumn Collection TV commercial.

What’s the name of the song in the 2015 H&M Back to School advert and who sings it?

The track you hear in the BTS H&M ad is called ‘Lesson Learned The Hard Way’ and it’s performed by Norwegian rock band Death By Unga Bunga. Originally released in September of 2013 and taken from the album ‘You’re an Animal’, the single is available to download from iTunes and Amazon.

Death By Unga Bunga’s Twitter page describes the band as ‘Norway’s hottest garage rockers’ and ‘a study in style, energy and the deepest depths of garage rock dogmatics.’ Other songs from the group include ‘Feel Alright’, ‘Tell Me No Lies’ and ‘Be Like You’.

Just what all kids need when they’re trying to enjoy their hard earned summer holidays – regular back to school ads reminding them the fun won’t last forever. In a change though to the usual school uniform adverts, this H&M video (above) showcases the retailers more fashionable Autumn 2015 kids collection, suitable for wearing both in and out of class.

Here’s a look at the full length official video to ‘Lesson Learned The Hard Way’, the song lasts 2 minutes and 52 seconds:
